There is no question that the WordPress community has been a strong one over the years. There is also no question that the community has been supportive of the WordPress themes that have been released here over the course of that time. The great feedback received can definitely be taken as evidence of that particular fact.
As the year starts to go forward, different things will take place. There is the Suvi theme update that is going to be made available and could potentially be created as a completely separate theme. This is just one example.
The 2011 year will see many new things coming from our site, including our framework release in addition to different types of premium business themes. We’ll also release a Restaurant theme and in the early part of the year we will make your blog look like a newspaper with another awesome Newspaper style WordPress theme. We have so many different development opportunities planned for this year that people will see all kinds of new things available to them as time goes by.

We always worked hard towards releasing new themes that are a perfect blend of technology, SEO, user friendliness, and utility; our new Transcript theme is not any different.
The great success of our Newspaper Theme series had encouraged us to come up with another news/magazine based theme that is clean, simple yet powerful, and fresh enough to let your content speak. Since we always wanted to know what readers would like to see in a new theme, we have taken into account their feedbacks based on a preview of the pre-release theme, and in fact had got some excellent ideas to implement into Transcript.
A large share of user feedback was in favor of including an eye catchy slider and an advertisement management module inbuilt in the Transcript. Hence, in Transcript theme, we have included an innovative advertisement module that lets users enable/disable seven different ad spots, plus a slider, which can easily set to be static/auto rotating via theme control panel. Another innovative addition to the new theme is the Media bar, which is intelligent enough to recognize whether the post is a Photo or Video news, and groups either Video or Photo to display on Media Bar of the theme at a time.
