I am interested in buying a theme but I would like to know if it is compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

Yes, all our themes are compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as with the vast majority of browsers in use today.

What is the difference between Standard and Developer’s Pack?

The Standard Pack is the price of one single theme. If you purchase the Standard Pack you get the theme that you ordered. But if you purchase the Developer’s Pack along with the chosen theme, you will be given the option to select 3 more themes from our theme library and get these themes for free.

I purchased the Developer’s Pack but I didn’t receive my bonus themes

Unfortunately we are aware of this situation. Please use our contact form to get in touch with us. Send us the name of the themes you would like to get and we will email download links right away.

Do you offer after-sales support and free updates?

We have an exceptional after-sale support that you will just love. After you become a member, you will have access to our support forums, theme documentations and video tutorials. Also, as our member you get free upgrades for the products that you purchased.

I signed up to support forums, but I can’t see any threads?

Forum registrations are subject to a moderation. Please be patient since your registration will be moderated manually by one of our forum moderators. Registrations are moderated twice a day. After approval of your registration, you will have access to support forums, see other threads and be able to submit your own questions.

I am a client, but my forum registration is rejected, why?

As it is also written in Read Me documentations of the product you purchased, please sign up to our support forums using the same email that you used to purchased your theme. That is the only way for our moderators to recognize and validate your registration.

What do I need to have in place before purchasing a theme or a service package?

The basic requirement prior to installing WordPress or a Gabfire theme is to have a hosting account. If you do not have a hosting account, we can set one up for you through our hosting partner / plan.

What does the WordPress Installation include?

Installation of the latest stable version of WordPress with the most reliable settings. Also, your WordPress installation will be secured with Akismet spam protection.

What does the Theme Installation include?

Theme installation is the proper installation of a Gabfire theme – OR – a theme of your choice. You can select one of thousands of free or premium (paid) WordPress themes, and we’ll install it on your server.

What is SEO Optimization and why do I need it?

Search Engine Optimization is the process by which sites enhance their ranking / position on search engines like Google. If you plan on allowing visitors to find your site, then SEO Optimization is absolutely necessary. We will fine tune several SEO plugins on your site and ensure your site is SEO-friendly.

What are the specific customization and configuration features included in the Premium Package?

The most popular package is the Premium package. It includes all the following services:

How much is the Professional Package?

Are the customization services provided by the same team on the Gabfire support forums?

Yes. We do not outsource your requests like many other firms. Our services are offered to you directly and you will deal with us directly.

What is the delivery time for a service package?

Delivery times vary based on the package and availability of our team. In most cases, here are general guidelines for delivery time expectations:

  • Basic Package: 1-2 Days.
  • Standard Package: 2-3 Days.
  • Premium Package: 3-4 Days (depending on client requirements)
  • Professional Package: Varies based on client requirements
