1. What do I need in place before purchasing a theme or a service package?

The basic requirement prior to installing wordpress or a Gabfire theme is to have a hosting account. If you do not have a hosting account, we can set one up for you through our hosting partner / plan.

2. What does WordPress Installation include?

Installation of the latest stable version of WordPress with the most reliable settings. Also, your WordPress installation will be secured with Akismet spam protection.

3. What does Theme Installation include?

Theme installation is the proper installation of a Gabfire theme – OR – a theme of your choice. You can select one of thousands of free or premium (paid) WordPress themes, and we’ll install it on your server.

4. What is SEO Optimization and why do I need it?

Search Engine Optimization is the process by which sites enhance their ranking / position on search engines like Google. If you plan on allowing visitors to find your site, then SEO Optimization is absolutely necessary. We will fine tune several SEO plugins on your site and ensure your site is SEO-friendly.

5. What are the specific customization and configuration features included in the Premium Package?

The most popular package is the Premium package. It includes all the following services:

  • WordPress Installation
  • Theme Installation
  • Theme Customization:
    • CSS updates
    • Fonts and colors (color scheme modifications)
    • Insert your logo
    • Header graphics (if provided)
    • Readability – improving it if possible

6. How much is the Professional Package?

Since the Professional Package is geared towards clients requiring intensive customization or large-scale development efforts, prices are provided on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with detailed requirements for a quote.

7. Are the customization services provided by the same team on the Gabfire support forums?

Yes. We do not outsource your requests like many other firms. Our services are offered to you directly and you will deal with us directly. If we cannot handle your request, we will gladly refer you to capable and talented developers within our network.

8. What is the delivery time for a service package?

Delivery times vary based on the package and availability of our team. In most cases, here are general guidelines for delivery time expectations:

  • Basic Package: 1 – 2 Days.
  • Standard Package:  2 – 3 Days.
  • Premium Package: 3 – 4 Days (depending on client requirements)
  • Professional Package: Varies based on client requirements
