If you have recently purchased a theme, you will not have immediate access to the support forum. When registering on the forum, please use the same email address used when purchasing the theme. Upon manual verification of the email address, our team will grant you access to the support forum. This is normally completed within a few hours, but no longer than 24 hours. If after 24 hours, you do not have access to the support forum, please use the contact form to let us know and we will address it promptly.

Unfortunately we do not accept any kind of custom theme design projects.
