In the bonus offer page its asking for Transaction ID . In the mail that I received from from ur side I got the Check out ID number after I paid through Credit card.
The Check out ID & Transaction ID are the same ?

Sorry, on 11/14 I was trading emails with Charlie and I understood the RE theme would be out sooner…”I should also note that Gabfire is currently working on a Real Estate theme too. We expect that be completed within a month. Just letting you know in case you decide you want that too. Any questions, let me know. All the best. ”
I have been holding off buying any theme waiting on the new RE theme. Let me ask this then..can I include the new RE theme in the 4 themes when it comes out? If so I can buy 1 now and select the rest later? Thanks!

Sorry for confusion Mike. We have changed our priorities and decided to release Newspaper theme before RE. First quarter of 2012 is our Target for RE but we aim to have it by January.
And yes, you may request RE as one of your bonus themes later.

Hi Ahmed – Just buy the 1 theme, and you’ll still get the bonus themes. Unfortunately, the full price of 1 theme is fixed. However, this promotion does make it easier to choose which theme to get as you’ll have get the others in case you change your mind on what theme to use on your site. All the best.

I did not receive a download link but was able to download (advanced newspaper) right at checkout from the webshop.
Unfortunately the confirmation email did not contain any information on how to receive the bonus themes
